Every emotion I’ve kept at bay,
Surfaces in the course of a single night.
musings from my heart and soul
Every emotion I’ve kept at bay,
Surfaces in the course of a single night.
I’m jealous of every woman that’s ever felt your rough hands on her body, your soft kisses on her neck and has had a single drop of your precious love.
The one I’ve been searching for my entire life materializes right before my eyes and the long and lonely days of wandering the forest trails are suddenly in the rearview.
Losing and finding myself,
Over and over again,
From the peaks and valleys of the Rocky mountains to the shores of Saugeen Bluffs,
The swamps of Port St. Lucie and the sands of Prince Edward County,
In sorrow, in joy, in anxiety, in fear, in blissful nothingness another year has come and gone.
To a new year and another chapter of life unfolding.
There is nothing mundane about this world.
